Many years of experience in global customer support! We export worldwide, mainly to Asia, North America, Russia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East.
Overseas customers can choose from the following trading terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

  • EX WORKS

    Price to be picked up at our factory. Our location is Kasugai City, near Nagoya City.
    The most convenient port for export is the Port of Nagoya, which is approximately 30 km from our company.
    Japanese consumption tax will be charged to you.
    The consumption tax is refundable if you are the shipper/exporter of the machine.

  • ExGoDown xxx Port

    Price to be delivered at xxx Port before customs clearance.
    Japanese consumption tax is charged to you.

  • FOB xxx Port

    Price to be delivered at xxx Port in Japan "after" customs clearance.
    Ocean freight and Insurance are not included.
    Japanese consumption tax will not be charged.

  • CIF or CFR(C&F) xxx Destination Port

    Price to be delivered at destination port.
    Ocean freight and Insurance (if not CFR) are included in our costs.
    Import-related costs, including import taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
    CIF" means "Cost", "Insurance", and "Freight"; "CFR(C&F)" does not include "Insurance".

    We also offer "Export Container Loading" at our factory and have a loading area on site where we can load into 20', 40', and 40' high cube containers. We work closely with carriers and shipping forwarders and can ship to almost any destination port.

* TT (=Telegraphic Transfer) in advance or an Irrevocable L/C (=Letter of Credit) at sight.

＊We do our best to satisfy our customers by clearly clarifying the specifications and condition of the machine during negotiations.

＊Condition Reports are available om request.

Reservation

＊No machine may be reserved for any customer until a "Sales Agreement/Proforma Invoice" has been exchanged or a deposit has been received. Until then, our stock machines remain "subject to prior sale".

＊Reservation before payment is negotiable.
